Littlefield Manor Wedding Photography
Late summer wedding at Littlefield Manor
It seems like an eternity ago when I first spoke with Jennifer. I couldn't have imagined back then how much fun this wedding was going to be. Like many weddings this year this was third time lucky. The two other dates the weather was awful and for the actual wedding date it was glorious, hallelooya!
Jennifer was with the girls in the picturesque Running Horses pub and was made to feel so welcome from the start. I could sense the love in the air for Jennifer as soon as I arrived. Jennifer has alopecia and told me on the run up to the wedding that she was undecided whether she would wear a wig for the actual wedding. She decided to do some portraits in the morning to show what it meant to wear her wedding dress in the face of alopecia and I was so glad she did and was honoured to do the photos. Oli meanwhile in the morning was nearby at his parents home with his family and groomsmen. It didn't seem long at all till we were all at the church.

Pembroke Lodge Gorgeous Summer Wedding
Summer Wedding at Pembroke Lodge
It felt so good to be photographing at Pembroke Lodge again in the summer sunshine. The grounds and gardens here are so good whatever time of the year. I love that year on year the flowers change complementing the views which are spectacular. Paul and Julia looked absolutely fantastic, so elegant and smart. They looked like movie stars!
My day started with Julia at the finishing touches of her makeup, the vibrancy and colours of her outfit were gorgeous. The level of detail on Julia's hands was outstanding.

Belvedere Suite Weddings
The Belvedere suite here at Pembroke Lodge is a light magnet! Basically whatever the weather you get great light which is a massive plus for your photography. Julia was accompanied down the isle by her mum and blew all the guests away with how stunning she looked. Paul was keeping it very cool at the business end of the Belvedere. The registrars for Surrey are amazing and it was a beautiful and entertaining ceremony which ended in a stream of confetti as our couple came back down the isle.

Did I mention how stunning the grounds were looking, it's worth mentioning again! I took the newly weds for a short walk in the grounds to get a few portraits

With Julia heading for an outfit change it was a chance for some last minute speech rehearsing form Paul. It was no suprise when he nailed it. It wasn't a surprise either that Julia looked stunning when she changed outfit either. It was a touching moment having Paul see her as she walked round the corner of the lodge. After a great meal and some heartfelt speeches I had a chance to take the guys out for another little walk before ending with drinks on the terrace.

What a great day, loved every minute. Pembroke Lodge is a great venue and I love photographing there as you can see from my Pembroke Lodge blog. Check out the gallery. If you are planning your wedding it would be amazing to speak to you and find out more about your plans.
Pembroke Lodge Summer Wedding
Pembroke Lodge Wedding Photography
When I get an enquiry for photography a Pembroke Lodge wedding, my eyes instantly light up with excitement. It's a stunning wedding venue in leafy Richmond Park with panoramic views over the River Thames. Whether you're in the Belvedere suite or the Russell suite, the staff really go the extra mile to make the day so special. Tegan and Andy's wedding was slap bang in peak season over the Bank Holiday weekend which was surely the hottest wedding I've ever photographed. An issue we don't always have to deal with!
Tegan prepared for her wedding in nearby Teddington with her bridesmaids while Andy was at his family home. that is where my fabulous second shooter for the day Deji caught up with the boys. I love capturing the events of the morning. There so much fun and nervous excitement is flowing everywhere. Having both the bride and groom's mornings photographed really adds to the overall story of the wedding day.

Emotive Wedding Photography
I absolutely love seeing those raw emotions during the ceremony. It's definitely a privilege to photograph these occasions. This was a celebration that had plenty of heartfelt moments . From the second Tegan's first bridesmaid entered the room till that march back down the Isle there were so many touching moments

Richmond Park Wedding Photography
Let's talk about that light, beautiful sunshine was in abundance all day. Thankfully there was number of shady spots for all the guests to gather during the day while from the early evening it was an absolute pleasure to be outside and gorgeous for photography. Tegan and Andy were superstars and rocked the time we had together in the gardens. So much laughter and love was captured. It really is a joy photographing these special moments knowing that these will be looked at for many years to come.

The room in the Russell suite looked perfect. The already stunning ambience was enhanced with very classy looking floral decorations and a cake from a British bake off winner none the less. Lots of laughs could be heard from this room during the speeches which had us all entertained.
